 HOT PRESS FORMING
  • To overcome limited formability of high-strength steel through cold forming, Hot Press Forming was developed to heat up a specially coated material to 900 ℃ for press forming and cool it down to produce a final product.
  • The quenching of boron steel is performed within Hot Forming and the cooling system design of Hot forming is the main technology.
 ROLL FORMING
  • A continuous auto-process of inserting and extracting material between Rolls and Press.
  • A simple and improved method to switch to a new vehicle production by using exchangeable Cassette Type Roll, easy for a switching production of different models, improving accuracy and lowering risks.
 TAPPING PLATE
  • Compared to a conventional previous assembled product with bracket and nut, it has higher security and productivity with continuous process removing a defect risk of missing nut.
  • Obtained a patent for new production technology, 14th OVER DR PROCESS, developed by the company’s own R&D technology.
